Known Pilots

The following are all the named Pilots who have made at least one contribution or have been mentioned in passing within Anthem or its related media. The list will be updated when more information becomes available. The mentioned people have been a pilot of either a javelin or a strider at least once in their life, but their faction affiliation is unrevealed as of 468 LV

Captain Nolin

Captain Nolin is a Strider Pilot who took his family—wife, brother, and a daughter named Sala—along with Burn Hardigan, to the Great Expanse on his strider to escape the Regulators, who put a bounty on them for a special Shaper relic that could grow plants for food.

Gwynn

Gwynn is a Strider Pilot who also owns a grabbit called Gent. Gent always alerts her of any dangers while he is around her.

Karl

Karl is a lancer who was warned about Wyvern chimeras that spew ice.

Renny Quint

Renny Quint is a Strider Pilot who witnessed the Skirmish at Scavenger Point. During the battle, he thought of him and all the passengers as dead from the Scar attacks, until a group of Freelancers turned the situation in their favor.

Retger

Retger is a lancer who was protecting Garrington Wells and other members, possibly traveling in a strider. These people were ambushed by a large cuddle of grabbits. If Retger had not fired several gunshots in the air, the grabbits would have overwhelmed them all.

Roland Hendricks

Roland Hendricks is a Strider Pilot who rescues the Freelancer and Haluk from the attacking Dominion when the former tries to save the latter. Rolland owed a favor to Faye Navine, who convinced him to turn his strider in the nearby district to make a turn and rescue her friends.

Rolland did not want to know how the Freelancer got so many Dominion to attack them, but when his strider was attacked, he demanded a new favor from Faye when they returned. Rolland is also heard complaining when the missiles from the Dominion turrets reach his strider. Fortunately, he was able to bring both the Freelancer and Haluk safely to Fort Tarsis.

Seff

Seff is a lancer from the Grey Steppes. She talks about how luxurious it is to live in Northern Bastion, especially because of historical monuments like the Fortress of Dawn. The location she is stationed is a constant war zone.

Tubbs

Tubbs is a lancer who was warned about Wyvern chimeras that spew ice.

Warrel Pender

Warrel Pender was a lancer who fought during the Battle for the Crop Terraces. He used a model of a Light Machine Gun, which was the precusor to Cycle of Pain to rally all lancers present during the battle to fight against the Scars. He repeateadly counter attacked the enemies and decimated their numbers to inspire other lancers in the field. His faction is unrevealed.

Xak

Xak is a lancer who found out the hard way on not forgetting the Signet, and what would happen if a spare signet is used.
