Barnacles are small creatures found underwater and ocassionally on the ground.

Etymology and Anatomy

Barnacles are amphibious fauna of Coda. They are usually found underwater, but under certain circumstances, they can live on land, especially if it is closer to any water reservoir. As of 468 LV, there are at least two types of barnacle varieties.

Narrative Involvement

The Freelancer can encounter all barnacle types while swimming in the deep water lakes of Northern Bastion and The Echo of Reality. They can sometimes be found on the surface, usually glinting like pearls.

Behavior and Abilities

Barnacles are not known to cause any trouble. They are harmless and are pleasant to look at. They do not do any damage to any javelin, or other living or non-living things.
